Katy Perry
Katy Perry is coming to the Toyota Center in Houston on January 8 as part of her Witness tour. The show is Perry’s fourth concert tour, boasting incredible visual effects and powerful music from her latest album. She will donate part of the proceeds from her ticket sales in North America to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, so you can feel good about attending the event. Along with music from the newest album, you’ll also hear Perry perform her top hits from past albums. Tickets start at $50.
The Killers
The Killers have been performing since they arrived on the music scene in 2001. This rock band is coming to the Smart Financial Center on January 26, bringing the catchy tunes and exciting concert experience as part of the Wonderful Wonderful Tour 2018. Shakira
Shakira always puts on an exciting show, especially for those who are fans of her catchy songs. She’ll be performing on January 26 at the Toyota Center, where you can grab tickets for $140 and up. This stop is one of many on Shakira’s massive world tour, where she will play classic hits as well as tunes from her latest album, “El Dorado.”
As one of the most successful Latin music stars to dominate the American music charts, Shakira is a favorite among pop music fans. She comes from Colombia and combines impressive vocal styling with eye-catching dance moves.
Majid Jordan
For fans of R&B, Majid Jordan puts on a great show. This duo was signed to Drake’s label in 2013 and is the next big thing on the music scene. The show will take place on January 31 at the Houston Theater. Tickets are available starting at $44. Majid Jordan released the EP titled “The Space Between” in early 2017, which combines dance-friendly beats with catchy vocals.
Who’s Bad (Michael Jackson Tribute Band)
If you’re missing the King of Pop, grab tickets for the Who’s Bad show, taking place at the House of Blues on January 27. Tickets are more affordable at $30 and up, but fans of Michael Jackson will feel like they’re listening to his music once more. Who’s Bad is a talented Michael Jackson tribute band, and their shows never disappoint. In fact, this theatrical production includes more than just the hit songs; you’ll see spectacular lighting and visual effects and skilled dancers.
