Overview of the Ford EcoSport
The Ford EcoSport is a peppy SUV with room for five. Under the hood, you’ll find a standard 2.0L Ti-VCT I-4 engine with standard Intelligent 4WD (4-wheel drive) and 166 horsepower.
If you love taking a road trip with friends, the EcoSport is ready. There’s plenty of cargo space—up to 50 cubic feet of cargo space—and an available Cargo Management System.
To help keep you safe on the road, the EcoSport has driver-assistive systems, like optional BLIS® (Blind Spot Information System) with Cross-Traffic Alert. This system keeps an eye on your blind spots and can warn you if vehicles are present. It even helps when backing out of a parking space or driveway by informing you of vehicles approaching from either side.
EcoSport Trim Levels
The Ford EcoSport has four trim levels:
- S
- SE
- SES
- Titanium
The S trim is the base trim for the EcoSport. The interior of the S trim has comfortable cloth-trimmed seats with second-row 60/40 flip-up and fold-flat capability. A SYNC® infotainment system with a 4.2-inch display lets you play music while you drive.
The next trim is the SE trim. Your infotainment system will get an upgrade with this trim, becoming the SYNC® 3 system with an 8-inch touchscreen. You’ll also get a little more style with a leather-wrapped shift knob.
One of the highest trim levels is the SES trim. You’ll enjoy a sportier ride thanks to the sport-tuned suspension system with the SES trim. The sporty vibe of this trim also finds its way into the interior with ActiveX™ seating material, which gives you the look of leather.
The highest trim level is the Titanium trim. The Titanium trim has many upgrades that you’ll find the SES trim, but also a little extra for audiophiles. For those who love a good sound system, the Titanium has a standard B&O® Sound System by Bang & Olufsen® with 10 speakers, including a subwoofer.
